The NCP Party Office stands as a testament to resilience and ingenuity, completed under extraordinary circumstances. Awarded on a merit basis by NCP Party President and ex-Mayor of Pune, Mr. Prashantji Jagtap, this project was executed amidst the challenges of the COVID pandemic and a strict 18-day timeline. Spanning over 8,000 sq. ft. of interior and exterior space in the heart of Pune, it was a daunting task to transform the space from trash to treasure. The result was a meticulously designed and functional office space that garnered appreciation from none other than Maharashtra's Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Ajit Pawar, and the Party Supremo and ex-Agriculture Minister of India, Mr. Sharad Chandra Pawar Saheb. This project became a beacon of opportunity in a time of adversity, reflecting BuildIdeas’ commitment to excellence and adaptability.
DESIGN VISION
Plush seating, curved booths, and warm wooden tabletops foster a comfortable, intimate experience. LED lighting around structural pillars and mirrored walls enhances depth and connectivity, adding drama to the space without overwhelming it.
This project presented challenges in precision and coordination, particularly with custom furniture and lighting. Regular site visits ensured design integrity, and meticulous attention to detail helped us transform the vision into reality. Today, Backstage Bar stands as a distinctive venue that combines aesthetic appeal with a welcoming atmosphere, fulfilling our client’s vision perfectly.
